Windows 2003 seems working fine with disk over 2TB, but that’s not entirely right. I had several incidents when using 3TB disk on windows 2003 server. Everything seems working file when your data is less than 2TB, when the data is over 2TB, the partition will be corrupted and your data will be lost. I don’t remember if i use dynamic disk or GPT.
